DC is a singer/songwriter from the Washington, DC area who writes and performs original material along with select covers. Songwriting and musical influences are too vast to fully name but include Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, John Hiatt, Lou Reed, Cowboy Junkies, U2, R.E.M. and a host of others. Songwriting styles ranges from rock to folk, country and blues, with deep, introspective lyrics intended to leave the listener with something to think about after the last note fades.
