Vales Madre or “La Niña Emo” is a first-generation Xicana artist whose name reflects her approach to creativity-refusing to limit herself in what she chooses to say or create. A Chicago hoodrat & Pilsen native, her journey with music began at 15 years old – Djing as a way to survive. She also has spent her formative years writing which led to the creation of her debut EP in 2023 [Stolen Phone, Lost Keys] along with singles such as [Muñequita]
[xxXemogirIXxx], [Unblock me] + featured collaborations like [Pilsen Hoe] y mas!

A multidisciplinary artist – Vales Madre, enjoys the challenges of reading the crowds never subjecting to a specific genre but has deep obligations to her roots in juke, corridos and experimental music. Formulating ways to bring modern day versions of multiple genres making it her own.
