The Space Monkees are a Bay Area rock band that combine elements of 90s grunge with just about anything you can think of. Their influences include artists such as Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Sum 41, Incubus, Linkin Park, etc. Their range covers genres such as jazz, funk, disco, rap, country, and samba. Their current lineup consists of the infectious rhythms of Joe Bakhtiari on drums and Benny Boisjolie on bass, along with the melodies of Jordan Latini on lead guitar and the raw vocals of frontman Raul Castillo.
