Swenoda is a 4-peice alternative, indie rock band of high-school friends from Grove City, MN. Lead by singer-songwriter and guitarist, Jake Thompson, and supported by Scot Thompson (bass), Tyler Guest ( drums), and Beno Thielke (guitar and vocals). Swenoda began rehearsing in 2022, but have played together in various acts since the early 2000s.

Summer 2024 has Swenoda releasing a second single, produced at their practice space by Anthony Hans, touring studios to prepare to record their debut LP, and branching out into the more populated areas of Minnesota to grow their audience.

Their mix of soulful lyrics, a very tight rhythm section, and variety of moods makes Swenoda a Minnesotan band that anyone will enjoy.
