The Phantom Phunk Collective is a Classic Hip Hop, Dance Funk and R&B cover band hailing from the Greater Washington DC metropolitan area. We are a band of professionals and practitioners who came together to create something unique, memorable and joyful. We believe  joy to be a right of life and we provide a way to access to it.
